Head of Advisory Services - HRTech

A highly reputable and well-funded global HR technology (HRTech) SaaS organisation is seeking a Head of Advisory Services to lead its regional consulting function. You will lead a team that helps clients realise value from talent intelligence, combining HR analytics, assessments and SaaS-enabled insights. Responsibilities

Reporting to the regional business leader, you will set the strategic direction for the Advisory Services function, leading teams across delivery consulting and project management. You will work closely with product, sales and operations teams to ensure client engagements are scalable and tightly aligned to the platform - using data already available to drive insight and impact. Alongside driving innovation and identifying new service opportunities, you will hold clear accountability for delivery quality, utilisation, revenue optimisation and accurate forecasting, ensuring the function operates with strong commercial and operational discipline while supporting both subscription growth and consulting revenue.

Requirements

This role suits an experienced consulting leader who combines strong people leadership, commercial acumen and senior client credibility, with a modern, adaptable mindset. You bring experience leading advisory or consulting teams in a data-driven, technology-enabled environment. Experience in psychometrics, HR analytics, talent intelligence or talent solutions is highly relevant. You are described as resilient, quick-witted, highly people-oriented, and bring strong learning agility, curiosity and the ability to work hand-in-hand with product and technology teams in a fast-evolving space.
