Head of Accounting

Location: Boracay, Philippines

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accounting Head to oversee our hotel's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.

-Manage budgeting, cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

-Monitor hotel revenues, operating expenses, and cost controls.

-Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.

-Implement internal controls and safeguard company assets. Supervise and guide the accounting team.

-Coordinate with management and department heads on financial matters.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-CPA license required.

-At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, must be in the hotel or hospitality industry.

-Proficient in preparing and analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.

-Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), including hotel revenue reporting and report generation.

-Supervisory or managerial experience is mandatory.

-Knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.

-Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.

-High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
