This full-time Lead/Head Barista role at Jollibee Group is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of baristas and contribute to the exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and motivate a team of baristas, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent drink preparation and excellent customer service
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and customer service.
- Develop and implement innovative coffee and tea-based menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure the coffee bar is well-maintained, clean, and organised at all times
- Assist with the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee shop or restaurant environment
- Preferably with strong knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparation, including an understanding of different brewing methods, flavour profiles, and trends
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable experience for guests
- Latter art experience is a must
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
