Job Description
- Oversee the home and car financing businesses for the Visayas region, covering acquisition through booking
- Supervise loan acquisition via branch and unit referrals, end-buyer pipelines, corporate partners, and developer tie-ups
- Ensure the division consistently meets profitability targets and maintains cost efficiency
- Monitor document deficiency rates, past due performance, and resolution of audit findings
- Ensure timely encumbrance and annotation of collateral documents within prescribed TAT
- Coordinate with internal and external clients to address issues and maintain business continuity
- Manage divisional administrative functions and operational requirements
- Represent the institution in corporate and developer engagements, including client calls and project site inspections
- Recommend improvements in policies, processes, and systems to enhance division performance
- Perform other related duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong background or deep expertise in consumer lending (home or auto financing experience preferred)
- Proven leadership capability in a lending, credit, or regional operations environment
- Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and risk assessment skills
