Job Description

Job qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Has at least 3 to 5 years experience in customer service
  • Knowledgeable in property management cycle such as but not limited to financial management, admin management, facilities management, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Adept on Microsoft Office Applications
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.

Job responsibilities:

  • Attends to daily concerns of residents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that proper action is given to all concerns and always finds an alternative solution to resident's concerns.
  • Spearheads the planning, organizing, and coordinating of all special and social events for the property.
  • Manages and oversees the entire day to day operations of the concierge team in the assigned property
  • Prepares all required reports pertaining to the Concierge and other reports for the property.
