Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
Has at least 3 to 5 years experience in customer service
Knowledgeable in property management cycle such as but not limited to financial management, admin management, facilities management, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
Customer-service oriented
Adept on Microsoft Office Applications
Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
Job responsibilities:
Attends to daily concerns of residents in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that proper action is given to all concerns and always finds an alternative solution to resident's concerns.
Spearheads the planning, organizing, and coordinating of all special and social events for the property.
Manages and oversees the entire day to day operations of the concierge team in the assigned property
Prepares all required reports pertaining to the Concierge and other reports for the property.
