Head - Community Distribution

Your Role

The Head - Community Distribution position undertakes the formulation of the Group's local/niche strategy and branding for branches and takes charge in the branch wide implementation of the bank's business direction to achieve the Group's business profitability, deposit growth, operations and compliance and personnel development and management.

Your Impact

Principal Accountabilities

1.Revenue, profitability and market share

- Responsible for the Branch Performance to help achieve business targets by formulating business strategies

- Takes charge on the overall sales management

- Ensures stable client base to maintain an increasing market share in the target segments

-Accountable for mass segment profitability and growth

2.Operations, Compliance and Control

- Spearheads the localization of marketing operations which are in compliance with the standards and policies

- Ensures compliance to internal and external regulatory bodies as a means of good housekeeping

3.Process Improvement

- Recommends appropriate streamlining of branch processes

4.Personnel Management

- Responsible for the overall resource management of the group in terms of trainings, promotions and streamlining of manpower complement

Your Profile

• Graduate of Business Related Course
• With at least 5 years banking experience and at least 5 years experience in sales, branch and Personnel management.
• With excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have good leadership and management skills
