Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Create and implement standard recipes and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with management on menu planning, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Maintain a positive and organized kitchen environment while delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
• Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining kitchen records.
