Job Description
- Knowledge in cutting, grinding and preparing meat
- Ensure all meats are handled and stored according to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor quality and freshness of all meat products, reporting any spoilage or concerns
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same industry
- Good leadership and management skills
- Can work in a fast phase working environment
- Working with minimal supervision
