As an HCP Engagement Ambassador Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Responsibilities
- Providing advisory and practical support to teams in risk and compliance areas
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks
- Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and contribute to client engagement
- Analyzing information from various sources to discern patterns and inform decisions
- Reviewing contracts and master agreements to identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethics
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive value for clients
- Adopting habits to sustain performance and develop potential in a fast-paced environment
- Actively listening and communicating ideas clearly to build meaningful client connections

- Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactions
- Addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalations
- Handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- At least 2 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients
- Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally
