Job Summary
Leads the planning and execution of HCM (human capital management) system implementation, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensures successful delivery and adoption of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and partner with HCM vendor implementation team and act as a link between internal teams and functions in implementing various HCM modules (planning to post-go-live).
- Define project strategy, scope, governance structure, and success metrics
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors
- Oversee data migration, system configuration (if any), integrations, and overall solution design
- Ensure strong governance on data accuracy, compliance, and process standardization
- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations at a leadership level
- Drive cut over strategy, go-live readiness, and change management initiatives
- Ensure smooth transition to operations and post-implementation stabilization as functional owner of the system.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or related field
- 5- 7 years of relevant experience in HRIS/HCM implementation as project leader, implementation partner etc.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end system implementations and project management experience.
- Strong experience in implementing HCM systems such as Workday, SAP Success Factor, Darwinbox or Sunfish
- Experience in managing vendors and cross-functional project team
