Role Overview:
As an HC Operations Associate, you will support Human Capital operations across the employee lifecycle. You will help ensure accurate HR administration, employee support, benefits processing, compliance, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
As an HC Operations Associate, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and office access administration.
- Support payroll-related requirements, including employee banking and government data validation.
- Process government registrations and updates with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Administer employee benefits, claims, reimbursements, insurance, and wellness programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and HR service requests within established timelines.
- Prepare employment-related documents, verifications, and intern documentation.
- Maintain leave records and coordinate payroll-related leave inputs.
- Support end-to-end offboarding activities, including clearances and separation requirements.
- Administer HR systems and support HC programs, projects, and process improvements.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, Shared Services, or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and benefits management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to HR systems.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
