Join Our Dynamic Supplier Quality Engineering Team as a Hazardous Substance Process Management Supervisor!
We are looking for a skilled Hazardous Substance Process Management Supervisor to be a key player in our Supplier Quality Engineering Team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our overall business success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages and improves the existing Hazardous Substance Process Management system to comply with international standards and customer requirements.
- Reviews customer-specific HSPM requirements, assesses its impact on IMI's business, and ensures process owners incorporate necessary changes into IMI documents.
- Assesses different processes for compliance with HSPM and releases product compliance declarations/reports pertaining to the Hazardous Substance Process Management requirements of all IMI customers.
- Supports the Global SQE Head in integrating the HSPM System into IMI's process of reporting Material Compliance of Hazardous Substances, and ensures its consistent implementation company wide.
- Manages HSPM staff effectively by coaching and guiding them in gathering accurate evidence from suppliers and updating the system and database, while ensuring compliance with Hazardous Materials regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Chemistry/Chemical/Materials Engineering or its equivalent
- With at least three (3) years of work experience in EMS and related fields
- Knowledge in different international electronics and customer requirements
- Knowledge in Material Compliance Requirements
- Knowledge in basic international standard requirements (ISO9001)
- Ability to train other employees in various International and customer environmental regulations and HSPM process
- Knowledge in statistical tools
