We are looking for a skilled Hazardous Substance Process Management Assistant to be a key player in our Supplier Quality Engineering Team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our overall business success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures adherence to the lead time for requesting and completing HSPM documentation.
• Releases part numbers for QM (Quality Management) processing to support customer project requests, and ensures the completion and updating of project BOM (Bill of Materials) part numbers in the HSPM database for official release.
• Supports system project activities to improve the existing Hazardous Substance Process Management system.
• Helps in driving the development or enhancement of HSPM in line with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• Work experience in handling customer requirements is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications; SAP transaction proficiency is an advantage
• Familiarity with common electrical and electronic components
• Ability to interact with global suppliers and HSPM support sites
