Hard Asset Resource

Our company, Lemy AS - a Norwegian Facility Management company, is looking for a BIM HARD ASSET ENGINEER.

The Hard Asset Resource is a hybrid role responsible for the onboarding, identification and strategic management of assets, and working with our Field Team and Operations Team in resolving technical concerns in our properties, ensuring that all systems and facilities are functioning (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably related to operations of building systems like HVAC/electrical systems)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, building operations, or facilities management.

At least 2 years of experience in asset management

BIM practitioner

Preferably with knowledge of building automation systems

With Hands-on working experience with data wrangling (cleaning, transforming, and pre-processing complex datasets).
