What You'll Do:
- Managing Document Management System: Implement and maintain document control procedures for both quality (ISO) and Halal standards.
- Halal Auditing: Assist QA Officer and oversee internal and external audits for halal certification.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all production, storage, and distribution processes comply with Halal criteria and prevent cross-contamination with non-halal materials.
- Audit Preparation: Collect, record, and maintain audit files, assisting the Technical In-Charge with audit-related documents.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and update QMS and Halal manuals, and handle documentation for ingredient, raw material, and packaging compliance.
- Reporting: Communicate audit activities and findings to Manufacturing Leadership and the QA Officer.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Business, Industrial Engineer or any Engineering).
- Experience: 3-5 years in quality assurance, Halal auditing and document control roles preferably in the same industry or within a manufacturing or food industry environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office / Google workspace, knowledge of quality management systems, Halal Assurance System and specialized industry tools.
- Certification / Training: Training in Halal audit management systems, as well as ISO 9001:2015.
