Ideally from medium to large salons (with in house training)
Has gone through technical training
Good in communication
Exceptional Personality (sociable, friendly, polite) and behaves in a professional manner
Can work under pressure
Must have initiative
Able to adapt to change
Excellent attention to details
Is the candidate willing to go through a skills test in the branch
The skill test will require them to bring a model. During the skills
test, applicant will be tested to do either a bob cut or soft layer
cut
Is the candidate able to provide NBI clearance
For candidate with experience, can they provide their BIR TIN
number
