Guidewire Developer (Multiple Openings)
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Project-Based / Contract (1 Year)
We are hiring for the following specializations:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter & Rating Developer
- Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer
- Guidewire Front-End Portal Developer (Jutro, ReactJS, xEngage)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Guidewire applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Solution Architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop scalable and high-quality solutions following Guidewire best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Guidewire application development.
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter & Rating
- Guidewire BillingCenter
- Guidewire CustomerEngage Portal (Jutro, ReactJS, xEngage)
- Knowledge of Guidewire platform concepts and configurations.
- Experience with Guidewire implementations or enhancements is an advantage.
- Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is an advantage.
