Guidewire Consultant (Insurance Transformation Consultant)

Accion Labs PH is looking for an Guidewire Consultant to support business and technology initiatives across the insurance value chain. You'll work with stakeholders to improve processes, support system transformation projects, and help deliver solutions that enhance customer experience, operations, and business performance. Experience with Guidewire or other insurance platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in the insurance industry is required.
• Must have exposure to Guidewire platforms
• Familiar with policy administration, claims, underwriting, or customer servicing processes.
• Comfortable working with business users, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Able to gather requirements and help translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting system implementation, transformation, or modernization projects.
• Strong communications and organizational skills.
• Diploma or Bachelors degree.
