Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the School Counseling Program aligned with institutional goals and industry standards.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students academic, personal, and career development.
- Assist students with academic planning, career exploration, and goal setting.
- Identify and support at-risk or probationary students through monitoring and intervention programs.
- Facilitate workshops, orientations, and student development activities.
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrators to address student concerns and promote student well-being.
- Maintain counseling records, analyze student data, and prepare reports to support program improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling
- Licensed Guidance Counselor
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in college-level guidance and counseling in a reputable university
- Strong communication, counseling, and student engagement skills
