Guest Services Associate

Location: Ayala Museum, Makati City — Onsite

Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: 20,000 + HMO

Contract: 12-Month Project-Based

Qualifications:

• At least a College Graduate
• Preferably a graduate of Tourism, Hospitality, or related courses
• With experience in front desk, frontline, customer service, or similar roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and presentable
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist museum guests, providing a professional and culturally sensitive visitor experience.
• Handle visitor inquiries regarding museum hours, bookings, memberships, exhibitions, and programs through in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Manage queues and ensure smooth visitor flow.
• Coordinate with museum staff and support personnel as needed.
• Process admissions, reservations, and Shop transactions using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory and request replenishment or replacements when needed.
• Distribute and collect visitor surveys.
• Reconcile daily admission and Shop transactions and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive reception and Shop display area.
• Willing to work 6 days onsite, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays when the museum is open.
