Job Title: Solution Finder / Guest Service Coordinator
Location: Remote (Philippine-based preferred)
Work Schedule: Dayshift, subject to slight change

About the Job:
- Manage booking communication through the different channels with all the guests.
- Receive phone calls from guests to solve troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate communication with the cleaning staff and assign tasks to them.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up with the different contractors
- Escalate solution cases through the different booking platforms and follow up with the case managers
- Order supplies for the different properties
- Update the property management database
- List the new properties in the different booking platforms
- Run reports on different metrics of the company (reviews, occupancy, etc.)
- Coordinate different tasks for project management of new properties

- Ability to understand new technology and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and willingness to always learn
