Job Description

Job Title: Solution Finder / Guest Service Coordinator

Location: Remote (Philippine-based preferred)

Work Schedule: Dayshift, subject to slight change

We manage the entire rental operation from setting up new units to communication, property maintenance, and marketing. About the Job:

  • Manage booking communication through the different channels with all the guests.
  • Receive phone calls from guests to solve troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate communication with the cleaning staff and assign tasks to them.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up with the different contractors
  • Escalate solution cases through the different booking platforms and follow up with the case managers
  • Order supplies for the different properties
  • Update the property management database
  • List the new properties in the different booking platforms
  • Run reports on different metrics of the company (reviews, occupancy, etc.)
  • Coordinate different tasks for project management of new properties

  • Ability to understand new technology and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Positive attitude and willingness to always learn
