Guest Experience Agent

Hiring for two roles

The Hosting Helper is growing fast and looking for a sharp, guest-obsessed Guest Experience Agent to join our short-term rental team. You'll be the friendly, reliable voice guests hear from — solving problems quickly, keeping stays running smoothly, and making sure every guest feels genuinely looked after.

This is a frontline role for someone who already knows the world of Airbnb inside and out. You're not learning short-term rentals here — you're bringing real experience to the table.

We're an AI-first company, so you'll work alongside tools that make you faster and better at your job. Comfort with AI-driven platforms is a real plus — and if you've used Conduit AI, even better.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests across messaging and support channels
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and issues promptly, warmly, and professionally
• Handle day-to-day guest situations calmly — from booking questions to mid-stay hiccups
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep stays on track
• Use our AI tools (including Conduit AI) to work efficiently and deliver fast, accurate responses
• Help protect review scores and guest satisfaction through great communication
• Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can keep improving the guest experience

Who You Are:

• You have hands-on Airbnb / short-term rental experience — you know how the platform and guest communication actually work
• You've handled guest messaging and support before and are confident doing it at pace
• You stay calm and clear under pressure, even with a tricky guest situation
• You're comfortable using AI-driven tools day to day (experience with Conduit AI is a strong plus)
• You're organized, responsive, and genuinely care about getting things right for people
• Your English is flawless — both written and spoken
• Reliable wifi is essential - any cutouts due to wifi is an instant dismissal.

Role Details:

• Remote position
• Schedule: Tues-Sat & Sat-Wed 6AM - 2PM PHST (5pm - 1AM EST)
• Salary: Starting $800 USD per Month, with room to grow
• You will be classed and paid as a contractor
