Job Description
Guest Communications & Support Officer
Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries across online booking platforms and email in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide daily check-in/check-out information and assist guests with their requests.
- Communicate booking policies, property amenities, and operational procedures to guests.
- Liaise with relevant teams to ensure guest requests and inquiries are addressed efficiently.
- Provide after-hours guest support and emergency assistance when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors, primarily related to guest communication and support.
Qualifications And Experience
- At least 1 -2 years experience in customer service and admin
- Experience working with any online booking platforms
- Experience in Email Management and strong admin background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Have
- Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc is a plus
- Experience working in a Hospitality Industry is a plus
