About The Job
The GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager is responsible for the development and execution of strategies to successfully launch products and sales campaigns. This includes channel strategy, campaign implementation & optimization, and campaign performance and data reporting for various customer types and segments.
What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy Development & Implementation - Create and implement comprehensive go-to [1] market strategies for new product launches of partner brands, special campaigns of retailer partners, and new Home Credit products and commodities by utilizing appropriate marketing/communication channels (CRM, Social, Digital Commerce, Trade).
Cross Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Online, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive execution of GTM plans. Facilitate communication and alignment with these departments. Serve as subject matter expert/advisor of Key Account Managers on POS sales campaign preparation and execution.
Project Management – Oversee the planning and execution of GTM initiatives, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and based on approved marketing and communications plan.
Performance Tracking – define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of GTM strategies and sales campaigns. Collaborate closely with Sales Analytics team to ensure all data and information needed for campaigns performance monitoring are available on time. Evaluate and present campaign performance, and make data- driven recommendations for future improvements.
What You Need To Have
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in sales campaigns, go-to-market strategy, or demand generation.
- The ability to develop and execute data-driven campaigns, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous sales campaign experience in telco, fintech, bank, and/or e-commerce.
