About The Role
As a Senior Manager in Accenture Song, you will shape and lead growth strategy for key regional accounts, partnering closely with C-suite and senior marketing leaders. You will connect strategy to measurable outcomes—driving revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value—while translating AI-driven ideas into scalable, commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end growth strategy for strategic accounts, advising senior stakeholders and facilitating executive-level decisions
Diagnose growth leakage across acquisition, engagement, and retention; identify high-impact opportunities
Build robust, data-driven business cases that quantify revenue and margin impact
Define AI-powered customer journeys that are personalised, adaptive, and scalable
Identify where agentic AI can automate decisions, personalise interactions, and optimise performance across the marketing lifecycle
Bridge strategy and execution by working across data, technology, and creative teams to deliver tangible outcomes
Establish data and decisioning frameworks that enable always-on, intelligent customer engagement
Mobilise and lead cross-functional teams, designing effective operating models and developing team capability
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in growth strategy, digital transformation, or marketing strategy consulting
Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes
Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading executive-level conversations
Understanding of data-driven marketing, customer journey design, and personalisation strategies
Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics applications in marketing and customer experience
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting within large-scale regional or global accounts
Exposure to marketing technology ecosystems and customer data platforms
Knowledge of AI-driven decisioning or automation use cases
Experience contributing to thought leadership or business development initiatives
