The team is responsible for how the business grows, from defining investment priorities to allocating budgets across growth initiatives and marketing programs that drive adoption across the marketplace. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, where we evaluate investments, run experiments, and translate insights into actions that grow Fulfilled by Shopee sustainably.

Job Description
- Define Growth Investment Strategy: Determine how FBS investments should be allocated across seller and buyer growth levers to maximize adoption and program expansion.
- Drive Seller Growth Strategy: Identify key seller pain points and develop programs that accelerate seller onboarding, retention, and scaling within FBS.
- Drive Buyer Demand Strategy: Identify and activate the most effective demand drivers (e.g., vouchers, marketing levers) to increase buyer awareness and adoption of FBS.
- Optimize Growth Investment Efficiency: Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of seller and buyer growth initiatives and recommend the most efficient ways to deploy investments.
- Test, Learn, and Scale Growth Levers: Continuously analyze initiative performance, identify successful growth drivers, and scale initiatives that deliver meaningful adoption impact.
- Lead Cross-Functional Growth Initiatives: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and launch initiatives that unlock new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analytics, category management, or e-commerce preferred
- Proven track record of leading projects that deliver measurable business impact
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate growth initiatives, investment efficiency, and program performance
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
- Ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations and actionable initiatives
- Effective communicator and collaboratorcomfortable working across teams and with leadership
- Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes
