Job Description

  • Growth Strategy & Client Planning
  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies tailored to each client's business goals, industry, and target market.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable growth roadmaps with clear KPIs and timelines.
  • Lead growth planning for client onboarding, campaign launches, and scaling phases.
  • Performance Marketing & Experimentation
  • Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments across ads, landing pages, funnels, and creatives.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and frameworks to improve performance.
  • Continuously optimize paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, email, and affiliates.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Turn data insights into strategic recommendations and actionable next steps.
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal review and client meetings.
  • Client Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing guidance on growth priorities and opportunities.
  • Present growth strategies, insights, and performance results to clients in a clear and structured manner.
  • Manage expectations and align growth initiatives with client timelines and budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Execution
  • Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, content teams, SEO specialists, and developers to execute growth plans.
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure campaigns, funnels, and content align with growth objectives.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of growth initiatives across accounts.
  • Optimization & Scaling
  • Identify winning strategies and scale them efficiently while managing risks and budgets.
  • Recommend budget allocation and channel prioritization based on performance.
  • Document growth frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for agency use.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-generation clients.
  • Knowledge of CRO, UX principles, and funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and attribution tools.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
