Role Description
We are seeking a Growth Specialist to support a U.S.-based AI behavioral simulation platform serving Fortune 500 brands in the Retail and CPG space. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that plays a direct part in building early pipeline, growing brand awareness, and driving consistent content output for a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup.
You'll work closely with the founding team in a fully remote, async-first environment, where bias toward action, experimentation, and ownership are non-negotiable. There is no playbook yet — you'll help build it.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in 0-to-1 environments, moves fast, and knows how to use AI tools to punch above their weight.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth experiments across content, organic, email, and social channels
- Own LinkedIn and other relevant platforms — create, schedule, and optimize content consistently
- Support outbound prospecting efforts with copy, sequences, and sales enablement materials
- Build and manage simple marketing automation workflows to scale outreach and nurture
- Track and report on key growth metrics — awareness, engagement, and early pipeline contribution
- Research ICP accounts and support account-based targeting in partnership with the sales team
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, research, and campaign execution
- Iterate quickly based on data — run experiments, measure results, and double down on what works
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a growth, demand generation, or digital marketing role
- Strong written English — you can produce sharp content, outbound copy, and enablement assets independently
- Proven ability to execute across multiple channels without waiting to be directed
- Comfortable with AI-native workflows and modern GTM tools (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, or equivalent)
- Entrepreneurial, low-ego, and fast — you treat every week like a sprint
- Experience working with or for B2B SaaS or enterprise tech companies preferred
- Familiarity with AEO / AI search (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews) is a meaningful plus
- Startup or 0-to-1 experience strongly preferred

- LinkedIn content strategy and execution
- Email marketing and outbound sequencing
- Basic marketing analytics and reporting
- AI tools for content and research acceleration
Compensation:
1,200 - 1,700 USD Monthly, depending on experience
