Growth & Sales Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Sales Executive to help grow one of DigitalRecruiter™s digital products, CIPHER.

This is not a traditional sales role where leads are simply handed to you. You will own the early customer journey — from identifying and engaging prospects through to qualification, conversations, product demos and conversion.

CIPHER is an AI-powered executive intelligence and professional positioning platform designed for senior professionals, executives and business leaders.

It helps accomplished professionals understand, strengthen and communicate their professional signal — how their experience, leadership, influence, commercial impact and career story are perceived in the market.

• Identify and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other online channels.
• Run personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Engage and follow up with inbound leads generated through social media and digital campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and understand their requirements.
• Conduct initial discovery calls and CIPHER product demos.
• Follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities into customers.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM.
• Work closely with our marketing team to identify which campaigns, content and audiences are generating genuine opportunities.
• Experiment with new approaches to improve response, demo and conversion rates.

You don't need 10+ years of sales experience. We care more about whether you can communicate confidently, sell intelligently and get things done.

Ideally, you have:

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR, SaaS or digital products.
• Strong LinkedIn prospecting and online research skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with senior professionals.
• Ability to conduct a professional online product demonstration.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Persistence with follow-ups without sounding overly sales-driven.
• Comfort working with CRM, sales automation and AI tools.
• A strong ownership mindset — you are measured on conversations, opportunities and customers, not just activity.
