About the Role

We are seeking an agency-trained Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media & Analytics) to own the paid media, growth analytics, and lead-generation infrastructure that turns ad spend into a predictable pipeline of qualified homeowners.

This role sits at the intersection of paid media buying, data analytics, and AI-led execution. You are an analytical integrator: part hands-on media buyer, part analyst, and part systems builder. Rather than writing custom software code or building complex data pipelines, you will focus on system-level funnel thinking, consumer-centric analytics, and plug-and-play integrations (such as connecting HubSpot CRM with Google and Meta) to drive measurable business results.

Work Schedule: Standard weekday business hours (Singapore / Philippine timezone). Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required during major campaign launches or urgent updates.

What you'll do

• Paid Media Execution & Management: Manage weekly Google Ads and Meta advertising budgets, launching and optimizing high-converting lead generation campaigns.
• SEO & AEO Hygiene: Maintain brand ranking and SEO hygiene, with a strong focus on emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) dynamics (ensuring brand visibility across AI search interfaces like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude).
• Analytics & Business Insights: Track native platform dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite) weekly, interpreting raw campaign data to extract actionable business insights rather than just generating surface-level reports.
• Funnel & CRM Integration: Optimize lead-capture workflows by leveraging plug-and-play CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot connected with Meta and Google) to improve campaign automation and lead tracking.
• Creative Diagnostics: Analyze creative asset performance, identify low-performing versus top-performing visuals, and channel performance data/insights back to the creative team to guide new asset requests.
• Platform & AI Adaptation: Stay ahead of bi-weekly Google and Meta platform updates, adopting AI developments and tools to continuously optimize targeting, campaign structures, and budget allocations.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of proven, hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media buying, and growth operations.
• Strong Agency Background: Prior experience in Digital, Performance, or Integrated Social Media Agencies is highly preferred over purely client-side brand marketing.
• Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with the Google Ecosystem (Ads Manager, Search, GA4) and Meta Business Suite & Analytics.
• AEO & SEO Fluency: Strong understanding of search engine optimization with an updated, foundational grasp of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) dynamics in AI-driven search.
• Core Competency Intersections: Demonstrated strength in at least two (ideally all three) of these core pillars:
• Hands-on media buying execution (Google & Meta)
• Analytics interpretation and algorithm diagnostics
• System-level lead-capture funnel thinking
• CRM Familiarity: Experience working with native, plug-and-play CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred).
• Structured & Analytical Mindset: Ability to challenge and validate raw data with business logic rather than taking dashboard numbers at face value.
• Proactive Ownership: Self-driven, consumer-first approach; capable of independently analyzing performance trends and presenting strategic recommendations without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
