Role Summary

We are hiring a Growth Operations Specialist to own key organic growth, outbound sales, and AI-enabled growth initiatives for a fast-growing consumer products business. You will work across SEO and GEO, lead generation, outbound infrastructure, campaign execution, and AI-supported growth workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership from day one. This is a full-time remote role open globally, with approximately three hours of overlap with EST required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO and GEO initiatives to improve organic visibility
• Manage outbound prospecting, lead generation, and campaign execution
• Set up and maintain outbound infrastructure, including domains, email warm-up, and sending workflows
• Research and build targeted prospect lists
• Write, test, and optimize outbound messaging and sequences
• Use AI tools to improve research, outreach, and growth workflows
• Monitor campaign and organic-growth performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support broader growth and operational projects as priorities evolve

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth
• Strong experience with outbound sales and lead generation
• Experience managing outbound campaign setup and infrastructure
• Strong prospect research and list-building skills
• Strong written communication and outbound copywriting ability
• High level of AI fluency and confidence using AI in day-to-day work
• Experience with Instantly, Clay, Apollo, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal direction
• Fully fluent in English
• Ability to commit full-time and maintain approximately three hours of EST overlap

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer products or e-commerce
• Familiarity with GEO and AI-driven search optimization
• Experience improving or automating growth workflows
• Experience in a startup or fast-moving growth environment
