We're looking for a highly organized and resourceful Growth & Operations Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team across administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives. This hybrid role blends executive support, research and analysis, project management, and operational excellence.
You'll help create clarity, structure, and momentum across the organizationoptimizing the CEO's time, keeping priorities on track, and strengthening how the company operates. If you're detail-oriented, curious, and energized by fast-paced environments, this role is a strong fit.
Compensation & Perks
Salary Range: 85,000 - 95,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

What You'll Do
1) Executive Support & Administration
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar with strong prioritization and time efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and internal/external communication.
- Assist with document preparation, follow-ups, and administrative support.
- Uphold confidentiality and consistently model professionalism.
2) Strategic Administrative Projects
- Conduct HR benefits benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Research corporate credit cards, expense management systems, and financial tools.
- Build clear briefs summarizing findings, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Support other cross-functional administrative projects as needed.
3) Competitive Landscape & Market Analysis
- Track competitors and industry updates.
- Monitor product launches, strategy shifts, and market trends.
- Prepare periodic competitive landscape summaries.
- Flag insights and emerging opportunities for leadership.
4) Operational Clarity & Organizational Effectiveness
- Support meeting best practices: build agendas, prep materials, capture notes, and track action items.
- Assist the CEO in refining workflows, meeting cadences, and communication norms.
- Create internal guidelines for email, Slack, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Identify operational gaps and propose solutions.
5) Special Projects & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with leadership on high-priority initiatives requiring research, organization, or process design.
- Support growth-related projects requiring analysis and execution.
- Act as a general problem solver and force multiplier for the CEO.
- Handle administrative tasks such as templates, system setup, and account creation.
What We're Looking For
- 25+ years of experience in operations, admin support, research/analysis, or project coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct independent research and present clear, concise recommendations.
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort in fast-paced environments.
