BIGO LIVE -Growth Operations Advisor

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute user acquisition and engagement activities through social media, communities, referral campaigns, online events, and offline activities.

2. Manage daily social media operations, including content planning, posting, campaign promotion, and user interaction.

3. Coordinate campaign materials, rules, timelines, execution, rewards, and post-campaign review.

4. Track key results such as new users, participation, conversion, and activity performance, and identify areas for improvement.

5. Support other local operational projects and cross-team coordination when needed.

Requirements

1. Experience or strong interest in user operations, community operations, social media operations, or event operations.

2. Strong execution, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

3. Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to track and analyze campaign results.

4. Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

5. Marketing or branding experience is a plus but not a must. We value candidates with strong operational thinking, learning agility, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive results.

Work Arrangement:

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
