Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run Meta ad campaigns end to end, from angles and creative briefs through to testing, optimisation, and reporting.
- Write copy across ads, landing pages, email nurtures, and lead magnets that moves people from interested to booked call.
- Direct creative work on campaign visuals, keeping everything aligned to a clean, minimalist style, even when briefing someone else to build it.
- Build and refine marketing funnels, spotting and fixing conversion gaps before they cost leads.
- Use AI tools like Claude, Perplexity, and ChatGPT daily to speed up research, drafting, and testing.
- Track campaign activity and bring evidence, not guesses, to every recommendation.
- Bring new campaign ideas to the table off your own research, without waiting to be asked.
Must-Have Qualifications
Before you apply, confirm:
- You've run digital marketing campaigns that generated real, measurable leads.
- You have hands-on Meta Ads experience, from setup through to optimisation.
- Your copywriting is strong across ads, web, and email.
- You have a good eye for clean, minimalist creative direction.
- You're comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work.
- You can work full-time during AEST business hours.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience building funnels or landing pages in GoHighLevel or a similar platform.
- LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or SEO fundamentals.
- Background marketing B2B service businesses.
Success Outcomes
- 30 Days: You understand HIPPO's positioning, audience, and current marketing assets, and you've mapped out the quick wins.
- 60 Days: Meta ad testing is live and structured, with new creative and copy variations running regularly.
- 90 Days: You own a working lead generation system, qualified enquiries are increasing, and campaigns run without the CEO driving every step.
