Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will lead all marketing initiatives for Virspacio (coworking, private offices, event spaces, studios) and Hartech (IT equipment, CCTV, Axtel headsets, Ecoflow, and tech distribution products).

This is a shared leadership role across two fast-growing brands.

You will manage campaigns, content, ads, ecommerce initiatives, and lead-generation strategies aligned with our sales teams.

What You'll Do

1. Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

Run paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) for spaces & tech products

Launch campaigns for coworking, seat lease, studios, and product bundles

Build funnels to drive conversions for both B2B and B2C audiences

Improve SEO and optimize websites (Virspacio & Hartech)

2. CRM & Sales Support

Work closely with sales teams to create:

pitch decks

product sheets

brochures

case studies

promo materials

Manage CRM workflows (HubSpot / Bitrix24)

Track lead sources and campaign performance

3. Content & Brand Management

Own the content calendar across both companies

Oversee creatives, captions, videos, and branding guidelines

Approve all marketing materials

Produce content for FB/IG/LinkedIn/TikTok and newsletters

4. E-Commerce & Product Marketing

Manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop campaigns

Optimize product listings, promos, and ads

Coordinate with brand principals (Axtel, Ecoflow, etc.)

5. Collaboration & Growth Strategy

Work directly with the CEO for campaign direction

Lead community, partner, and broker marketing

Drive monthly growth targets for both companies

Monthly qualified leads

Conversion rates & occupancy growth

ROAS & ad performance

E-commerce sales

Cost per lead / cost per acquisition

Engagement & funnel metrics

Execution speed of monthly campaigns

What We're Looking For

37 years experience in Marketing or Growth roles

Strong background in digital marketing (ads, SEO, analytics)

Experience in B2B campaigns, real estate, coworking, or tech retail is a plus

Portfolio of past campaigns or brand work

Skilled in Canva, basic video editing, Google Analytics, CRM tools

Highly organized, fast execution, results-driven

Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills

Ability to work across multiple brands and deadlines

Hybrid: Work from Eastwood or Ortigas + WFH days
