Candidate must have a proven track record in setting up, developing and implementing data-driven full-funnel campaigns and media strategies to grow customer base from awareness-consideration-acquisition, and in support of retention initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Media and Advertising, Communications
Experience: At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role owning growth, brand, digital or performance marketing initiatives preferably with background in media agency AND client side.
Business Understanding: MarTech, MIS and data science concepts; familiarity with various financial services lines of business (LOBs) in a Bank or Fintech a plus
Knowledge: Intermediate level media, performance and growth marketing strategies and principles translated into measurable campaigns; proficiency in Brand and Campaign Management, and understanding of Content Marketing, CRM and MarTech
Skills: Go-To-Market Campaign Strategy and Orchestration, Brand Positioning and Messaging, Media Strategies and Execution (Traditional and Digital), Analytics and Report, Communication and Presentation, Project and Campaign Management, Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration
What You Will Do:
1. Own and orchestrate end-to-end go-to-market campaign launches, including audience definition, positioning, messaging, and channel execution, to drive growth and business impact.
2. Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of paid media strategies across the funnel to drive sustainable growth (ie. acquisition, usage and retention) , working with external partners (ie Media Agency, Vendors, Publishers)
3. Ensure strong execution with internal cross-functional stakeholders
4. Provide clear, actionable analysis of campaign performance to inform decisions and optimization
