At PTE Magic, we help students around the world prepare for the Pearson Test of English (PTE) for study, work, and migration. Each month, thousands of learners use our programs, and our marketing team plays a key role in reaching and supporting them.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who enjoys working with data, understanding what drives results, and improving campaigns over time.
What you'll do:
Campaign Planning
- Assist in planning monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns
- Assist in reviewing social media and website content
- Propose campaign themes, offers, and initiatives
- Coordinate with the social media and design team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track leads, key marketing metrics, and campaign performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable steps
Lead & Funnel Monitoring
- Maintain organized records of leads from different channels
- Monitor performance trends and highlight opportunities for optimization
Collaboration with Specialists
- Work closely with social media, SEO and Ads specialists to track performance and evaluate campaign results
- Support the planning and monitoring of new campaigns across different channels
Market Awareness
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement
We're looking for someone who:
- with minimum 2 years experience in digital and performance marketing
- Is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable interpreting data and presenting insights clearly
- Is proactive and reliable
- Has experience in digital marketing or campaign coordination (a plus)
- Is familiar with tools like Notion and Slack
