Position Type: Part-Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday. Flexible working hours, however, candidates must overlap with UK working hours (9:00am – 6:00pm ) for a reasonable portion.

Salary: Php 40,000 / month with benefits

Our client is a UK-based creative communications and content group that provides Film, Digital and Learning and PR & social media services to it's clients. We have a wide range of clients, but we primarily work with big organisations / clients in corporate space (financial services and other regulated sectors).

About The Role

Our client is looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of day-to-day execution while continuously improving performance across multiple social media channels. This role is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality content, while also bringing fresh ideas, testing new formats, and optimizing what works.

You will manage multiple social media accounts end-to-end—from content creation and publishing to audience engagement—ensuring each channel remains active, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives. In addition to execution, you'll play a key role in supporting social media strategy and contributing to new business pitches.

You will report directly to the Group Sales & Marketing Director, who leads overall strategy across the client's business. While strategic direction will be set at a senior level, you will be expected to take ownership of social media execution, proactively bring ideas, and develop campaigns, formats, and content that elevate performance across both the group and select client channels.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of marketing activities across multiple channels, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with group priorities.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Manage the posting and distribution of content across social media, newsletters, and outreach platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Execute the daily posting and scheduling of content (Note: The primary focus is on posting and management rather than heavy content creation).
  • Newsletter & Outreach: Manage the delivery of regular newsletters and support outreach campaigns designed to nurture clients and prospects.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work proactively across different teams to identify key events, priorities, and themes to be turned into marketing content.
  • Commercial Copywriting: Produce strong, professionally written copy for newsletters, social media posts, and nurture sequences.
  • Marketing Support: Provide general coordination support for all marketing-led activities across the Group.

Technical Skills

  • Social Media Scheduling: Proficiency in tools used for managing and posting across LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
  • Email Marketing Software: Experience managing newsletters and nurture sequences via email marketing platforms.
  • Campaign Tracking: Ability to monitor and report on the status and basic performance of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Digital Literacy: Ability to quickly learn and navigate the various outreach and coordination tools used by the team.

Soft Skills

  • Strong Copywriter: A natural flair for writing professional, engaging, and commercially-minded copy.
  • Highly Organized: Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different teams simultaneously.

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and major social platforms
  • Experience managing multiple accounts (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to create social content (design) - video editing is a bonus
  • Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to operate independently

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in creative, communications, or content-led agencies
  • Familiarity with film/video or marketing environments
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
