Key Responsibilities

1. LiveX & Long-term Program Spend Design

  • Design and maintain the overall voucher and spend framework for long-term initiatives such as LiveX
  • Define pacing principles, adjustment levers, and guardrails across different program phases
  • Ensure spend strategy aligns with long-term program objectives and sustainability

2. Exploration & New Possibility Enablement

  • Support exploratory initiatives by translating abstract ideas into light-weight incentive or spend hypotheses
  • Design small-scale, low-risk incentive setups to help teams learn feasibility, seller
  • response, or behavioral signals
  • Clarify learning goals, assumptions, and boundaries for exploratory usage
  • Summarize insights to inform whether initiatives should scale, pivot, or stop
  • This scope focuses on learning and signal generation, not immediate performance
  • delivery.

3. Performance Acceleration Support

  • Provide structured recommendations on how voucher levers can be adjusted during performance push periods
  • Assess expected impact, trade-offs, and risks of short-term incentive changes
  • Support rapid scenario planning when timelines or targets are fixed

4. Incentive Advisory & Spend Awareness

  • Act as a knowledge partner to seller program owners on incentive mechanics and spend implications
  • Offer data-backed suggestions without owning incentive decisions
  • Monitor voucher usage patterns and surface efficiency or risk signals
  • Support post-hoc reviews to improve future incentive planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in strategy, commercial planning, growth, performance marketing, consulting, or e-commerce operations
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of incentive mechanics, budgeting, or performance levers
  • Comfortable managing both long-term planning initiatives and fast-turnaround, ad-hoc business requests
  • Structured thinker who can evaluate trade-offs, build scenarios, and assess risks and impact
  • Clear communicator with experience collaborating cross-functionally while maintaining strong ownership boundaries
