JoyRide is seeking a Growth & Retention Lead to own customer and driver growth outcomes across its regions, both existing and new. This role is responsible for designing and executing promotions and incentive programs, running win-back campaigns end-to-end, and using market research and performance data to continuously refine what works in each region, whether growing an established market further or supporting a new one. This role reports to Senior Management, works closely with Marketing and other departments to execute campaigns and launches, builds direct relationships with local and satellite teams to support on-the-ground execution, and identifies new growth opportunities as JoyRide continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize customer promotions and driver incentive programs across regions.
- Design and run win-back campaigns to reduce customer and driver churn, and identify at-risk segments before they lapse.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign, incentive, and retention strategy.
- Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate with Marketing on ad placements to support promotions.
- Initiate and organize online and offline campaigns — social media, on-ground activations, and local partnerships — to support launches and regional growth.
- Draft customer and driver announcements related to promotions, incentives, and retention efforts.
- Track campaign and retention performance and adjust targeting, offers, or approach based on results.
- Monitor regional trends and customer/driver sentiment across both existing and new areas to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify new growth opportunities in existing regions as well as potential new markets, and support research and coordination when a new region launch is pursued.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend stays aligned with expected results.
- Report progress to Senior Management on a regular basis and remain accountable for growth and retention targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in growth, marketing, retention, or campaign management, ideally in a high-volume consumer or platform business.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience planning and coordinating marketing or retention campaigns from concept to execution, across both online and offline channels.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to management.
- Self-motivated and capable of owning a broad workload with general guidance rather than close supervision.
- Comfortable building direct relationships with local and satellite teams to support execution on the ground.
