Job Description:
Podcast Network Asia is seeking aGrowth & Performance Marketing Managerto own the end-to-end distribution and scaling of our content across a diverse portfolio of shows. This is a high-impact, remote role for a hybrid operatorsomeone who blends paid media expertise with sharp content judgment and a love for automated systems.
You will be responsible for turning raw video assets into viral growth engines by managing high-scale budgets on TikTok and Meta. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who understands how to identify a winning hook and use paid media to amplify it across the algorithm.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Execution:Own the end-to-end setup and daily management of TikTok Spark Ads and Meta Ads (Reels) to drive consistent audience growth.
- Content Identification:Analyze organic performance across multiple shows to identify winning clips. Rapidly deploy and manage boosting budgets to capitalize on content with viral potential.
- System Adaptation & Data Entry:High-level usage of our internal systems (Airtable/Dashboards) to track ad spend, CPC/CPM, and growth metrics with 100% accuracy.
- Performance Reporting:Consolidate weekly data into actionable insights for the production team, identifying which hooks and formats are delivering the best ROI.
- Budget Optimization:Monitor and adjust daily spending to ensure all distribution budgets are hitting growth targets across different show niches.
- Algorithm Monitoring:Stay ahead of platform updates and shifts in short-form video trends to ensure our distribution strategy remains competitive.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience managing ad spend specifically on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- An intuitive understanding of what makes a short-form video (Reels/TikToks) perform. You know how to spot a winner before the data even comes in.
- While you don't need to build the systems, you must be highly proficient in using Airtable and navigating automation-heavy workflows.
- Ability to read performance graphs and spreadsheets to make quick stop/scale decisions on ad creatives.
- A quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced, multi-show environment and execute with minimal supervision.
