We are an Australian property development and co-living group launching innovative housing models. We operate nationally, focused on delivering smarter housing solutions and strong outcomes for our investors.

The Role: We are NOT looking for a Marketing Coordinator We are seeking a Growth Operator—a commercially-minded engine who takes full ownership of our marketing funnel from lead generation to sales conversion. You will bridge the gap between our external advertising agency and our internal revenue goals.

This is a high-impact position for someone who understands that marketing's primary job is to grow the business and drive sales, not just exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Funnel Ownership: Directly own and improve systems for lead generation and conversion.
  • CRM & Logic Mastery: Own the Zoho CRM strategy. You must build sophisticated email nurture sequences and automated workflows to ensure no lead goes cold.
  • Strategic Directives: Interpret data (CPL, booked call metrics, ROI) to make decisions that impact pipeline quality and direct our external specialists on what to focus on.
  • Execution Oversight: While you will coordinate social content across 7 platforms, your focus is on how that content repurposing drives growth and lead conversion.
  • Commercial Reporting: Provide tracking on lead volume, database engagement, and social growth metrics.

Who You Are

  • Commercial Thinker: You are comfortable with numbers, performance KPIs, and connecting marketing activity directly to revenue.
  • Systems Expert: You have proven mastery of Zoho (or similar CRMs) and complex automation tools (e.g., Zapier/Make).
  • Experienced Leader: 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in property or high-ticket sales, with a track record of owning a funnel.
  • Hybrid Operator: You are happy to analyze a PPC dashboard one hour and script a high-conversion video the next.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth: 15% increase in qualified leads monthly.
  • Conversion: Increase booked calls by 20% and improve webinar show-up rates by 10–20%.
  • Efficiency: Maintain an email open rate >25%.
