Job Description
Job Summary:
The Growth & Adoption Officer supports the expansion and institutional adoption of the Foundation's Educator Programs by working primarily with Regional, Schools Division, and school-level leaders who influence program access, participation, and implementation.
The role conducts and coordinates stakeholder onboarding, engagement, activation, and follow-through to help education leaders understand the value of Foundation programs, facilitate participation within their areas, and champion implementation among schools and teachers. The role also monitors adoption data, gathers stakeholder insights, and works with internal teams to address implementation barriers and improve the stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Stakeholder Onboarding and Engagement
- Conduct orientations, onboarding sessions, briefings, and other engagement activities for Regional, Division, and school leaders.
- Communicate the objectives, value proposition, features, requirements, and implementation process of Foundation programs to institutional stakeholders.
- Develop and use onboarding materials, presentations, toolkits, FAQs, and other resources to support stakeholder understanding and activation.
- Address stakeholder questions and concerns and coordinate appropriate follow-through with relevant teams.
- Maintain regular engagement with assigned stakeholders to strengthen understanding, participation, and ownership of programs.
2. Drive Institutional Adoption and Activation
- Support initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, and sustained implementation of Foundation programs among Regional, Division, and school leaders.
- Facilitate the activation of schools and teachers through Regional, Division, and school-level channels.
- Follow up on agreed actions, commitments, enrollment, implementation, and other program requirements.
- Monitor stakeholder and institutional participation and identify opportunities to deepen adoption or re-engage inactive institutions.
- Support the identification and engagement of priority regions, divisions, and schools for program expansion.
3. Monitor Performance and Generate Stakeholder Insights
- Monitor key indicators related to institutional reach, stakeholder activation, school participation, and program adoption.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for assigned regions, divisions, schools, and stakeholder groups.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback through meetings, interviews, surveys, and other engagement activities.
- Identify adoption patterns, implementation barriers, gaps, and opportunities and translate these into actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations for the Growth Experience Manager and relevant teams.
4. Coordinate Cross-Functional Implementation
- Coordinate with Partnership, Community, Program, Product, Technology, Communications, Content, and Teacher Engagement teams to support institutional adoption.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, meetings, onboarding activities, and follow-ups for assigned initiatives.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements, commitments, concerns, and feedback are communicated to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support stakeholder-facing campaigns and initiatives designed to increase program awareness, activation, and adoption.
- Document implementation progress, issues, decisions, and action points to ensure effective follow-through.
5. Support Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Assist in testing new approaches to stakeholder onboarding, engagement, activation, and program adoption.
- Monitor results and gather stakeholder feedback to assess the effectiveness of new approaches.
- Identify and recommend practical improvements to stakeholder engagement processes, onboarding tools, and support mechanisms.
- Document successful practices, lessons learned, and implementation models that can be replicated across regions and divisions.
- Contribute stakeholder insights and recommendations to the development of growth and adoption strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, program implementation, community engagement, account management, education programs, customer success, or related fields.
- Experience working with government agencies, schools, education organizations, or institutional stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Philippine basic education system, including Regional Offices, Schools Division Offices, and school-level structures, is an advantage.
- Experience conducting orientations, trainings, briefings, or stakeholder engagement activities is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, programs, events, or campaigns.
- Basic experience in data analysis, reporting, monitoring, and stakeholder insights.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in standard productivity and collaboration tools.
- Experience or interest in teacher development, education technology, STEM education, or social impact is an advantage.
