Position Overview

The Group Sales Manager is a senior commercial and client-facing leadership role responsible for driving sales performance across the Casa Bella Group's complete portfolio of products, brands, and interior solutions.

The role requires strong executive presence, professional posture, excellent communication, and the confidence to represent Casa Bella Group in high-level client and industry engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Group-wide revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Senior Sales Designers and Sales Designers across the Group.
  • Establish sales targets, performance standards, account strategies, and business development priorities.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion, revenue performance, and individual/team productivity.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase the Group's presence in the premium residential and commercial markets.

2. Group Portfolio & Cross-Selling

  • Champion the complete Casa Bella Group product portfolio, ensuring the sales team understands and actively promotes complementary products and solutions.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling across the Group's brands and product categories.
  • Develop integrated solutions that allow clients to source multiple interior and home-living requirements from the Group.
  • Work closely with different business units to maximize revenue opportunities from key accounts and projects.

4. Design & Technical Leadership

  • Possess strong familiarity with design language, architectural concepts, materials, finishes, spatial planning, and interior solutions.
  • Guide the sales team in translating client design requirements into commercially viable solutions.
  • Ensure that sales presentations demonstrate both aesthetic value and technical credibility.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure that commitments made during the sales process are realistic and executable.

  • 5. Team Leadership & Performance Management

    • Build a high-performing, professional, and client-focused sales organization.
    • Coach sales designers on client handling, presentation, negotiation, design selling, and closing techniques.
    • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance reviews, and sales strategy sessions.
    • Identify capability gaps and implement appropriate coaching and development plans.
    • Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, confidence, and excellence.

    6. PR, Networking & Brand Representation

    • Serve as one of the key representatives of Casa Bella Group in the architectural, design, property, and premium home-living communities.
    • Attend and lead client events, industry functions, networking activities, showroom events, and professional engagements.
    • Develop relationships with influential architects, designers, developers, and other potential business partners.
    • Project a sophisticated, confident, and professional image consistent with the Casa Bella Group brand.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or related field is preferred.
    • At least 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within interiors, architecture, furniture, cabinetry, luxury home products, property, or related industries.
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or people management.
    • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
    • Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, VIP clients, and high-end residential or commercial projects is highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate using professional design and architectural language.
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to manage both strategic and operational sales matters.

    • Demonstrates strong executive presence, professional posture, and charisma when dealing with senior clients and industry professionals.
