Job Description

The Group Sales Head will lead, develop, and manage the overall sales strategies of the sales group. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business growth, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and upholding the premium standards of the brand. The Group Sales Head will oversee Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates, ensuring consistent performance, strong client relationships, and operational excellence.

About the Opportunity

  • Oversee and manage the assigned sales team within the dealership.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Establish and maintain clear KPIs, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to track team performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Managers and Sales Associates to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.
  • Foster collaboration within the team by promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to improve sales processes, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 710 years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 35 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or with any luxury brand is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
