Job Description
Operational Delivery: Owns the day-to-day operations of the clinical line of business, ensuring all contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met.
Client Relationship Management: Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, providing business insights and resolving complex operational issues.
Team Leadership: Leads a large team of operational leaders (e.g., Team Leaders, Deputy Managers) and frontline associates.
Process Improvement: Drives continuous improvement initiatives and implements lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Financial & Resource Management: Manages costs, profitability, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
Compliance & Risk: Ensures adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA), internal policies, and manages severity exposures.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s Degree (required), preferably in a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of total work experience as an Operations Sr. Team Leader or Manager within a BPO setting. Specific experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Clinical Operations is preferred. Skills & Competencies. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Analytical abilities with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, Excel, and reporting tools. Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is advantageous.
Work Setup: Must be willing to work onsite in Iloilo.
