Salary Package: 90-120k

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Must have at least 8 years of work experience in HR - Learning and Development.
Must have experience at least 5 to 7 year(s) of work experience as HR Manager specializing in Training & Development within a BPO setting.
Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
preferably with Instructional Design Experience
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
