We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Group Insurance Associate (Billing) to join our growing team and support our group insurance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably from a life insurance company or brokerage firm
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, customer handling, and communication skills
- Able to coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, and service providers
- Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of handling multiple administrative and client servicing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and send policy-related communications to corporate and individual clients
- Handle various client servicing concerns including billing inquiries, renewals, policy updates, cancellations, underwriting requirements, and coverage confirmations
- Coordinate medical examination schedules and follow through on underwriting requirements
- Process and monitor transmittal of checks, policy documents, healthcare cards, and other related requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns and requests
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of servicing transactions
- Work closely with different departments and external providers to support policy administration and client satisfaction
