The Group HR Manager leads full-spectrum HR operations across all group business units, reporting directly to the Owner. Requires a hands-on leader to manage recruitment, compliance, payroll, and labor relations. Must have proven HR experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the Owner on manpower strategy and lead the group HR team.
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end sourcing for construction site personnel (engineers, managers, labor) and corporate roles.
- Comp & Payroll: Oversee payroll, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and project allowances.
- Labor & Compliance: Ensure DOLE and Philippine Labor Law compliance; handle site grievances, due process, and safety standards.
- Performance: Implement KPIs, performance reviews, policies, and staff development
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Must have proven HR experience in the construction industry
- Work Setup: 100% Onsite in Makati City.
- Experience: 8+ years in HR, with 4+ years managing all HR functions.
- Reporting: Direct experience reporting to a Business Owner or CEO.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE site rules, and payroll.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
