Role Description The Group Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati, responsible for overseeing HR operations across the organization. This role manages end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for multiple business units. The person in this position will develop and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits frameworks, and training and development programs aligned with company objectives. Day-to-day activities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, handling employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate HR records and metrics. The role also involves coaching managers on people management practices and fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture that supports Casa Bella's brand and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Experience in compensation and benefits planning, HR analytics, and workforce planning to support organizational growth.
- Skills in learning and development, talent management, and succession planning to build capabilities across the group.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements, with the ability to design fair and consistent HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Manager or Group HR Manager in retail, luxury, or service-oriented industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site in Makati.
